A company with a mission

From the outset, each One's mission has been twofold: to help refugees and new arrivals find employment in line with their expectations, and to enable companies to seize the opportunity presented by the arrival of this talent on the job market.

each One for Society

each One for Society is the innovative philanthropic project of each One. Because we know that innovation is a bottom-up dynamic, originating within organizations and initiatives, we are committed to supporting local players throughout France who are making a real difference.

Our Impact Committee

In September 2021, each One created its Impact Committee, whose aim is to independently guarantee the effectiveness of our mission as well as its social impact. This committee is made up of individuals representing the various stakeholders linked to our activities: companies, public and associative partners, the migration ecosystem.

Each One, a kaleidoscope of talent

each One is 40 committed talents, an ambitious team in constant expansion (20 new recruits in 2021). As many personalities as complementary expertise, making the each One experience incredible. Together, we are moving towards a common goal: to support 10,000 people by 2025. It's a bold project, and we're always on the lookout for new, experienced profiles to help us accelerate our activities and bring them to scale.
