What is a successful inclusion project?

A successful inclusion project for each One is one that results in long-term recruitment. Today, 80% of the candidates we train through our All-in-One programs are recruited by our customers.

Who are our candidates?

Our candidates are new arrivals, holding a residence permit giving them the right to work like any French citizen. 40% of our profiles are qualified, with a level of experience equal to or higher than bac+3, and an average of 10 years' professional experience. The remaining 60% have a baccalaureate or equivalent. All our candidates have a wide range of skills, enabling us to meet all types of corporate recruitment needs. They have unique interpersonal skills: motivation, resilience, adaptability, mobility. Over 60 different nationalities are represented among our 8,000 candidates.

How do I hire a refugee?

There are no additional costs for the employer, and no special administrative procedures.

What are the steps involved in recruitment through training?

1 - Identification of candidates. The company issues selection criteria (level of French / experience / studies). We issue a call for applications to our database of candidates (8,000+ profiles) and our partners (1,500+ partners). We receive an average of 150 applications per program. We organize information meetings in the presence of companies (100% distance learning). We pre-select the best candidates (online French test and telephone calls) - on average 50 candidates are pre-selected. We organize a recruitment day with the company (HR and managers) to select the candidates who will join the program.

2 - Skills development for candidates, managers and HR staff. Our training programs last an average of 3 months. Selected candidates undergo soft skills and job training (adapted to your needs), including a period of immersion in the company. Throughout the training period, each One supports each candidate in overcoming peripheral obstacles (housing, mobility). At the same time, we train and support your teams (managers & HRs) to enable them to make inclusion a sustainable performance issue when recruiting newcomers.

3 - Recruitment. In the event of recruitment, each One supports the company by providing the necessary administrative documents (bank details, social security certificate, work permit, CV, etc.).

Do all proposed candidates have long-term work permits?

Yes, all our candidates hold a long-term work permit and are entitled to work, at no extra cost to the employer. If the residence permit expires during the work contract, it is automatically renewed by the Prefecture.

How does recruitment through training work? How much does training cost the company?

Why would I work with each One rather than an NGO?

A successful inclusion project requires a fine-tuned understanding of these new talents, both in terms of their business skills and their soft skills. In contrast to traditional job boards, knowledge of candidates is one of the key success factors for each One, which develops both analytical and relational skills with its candidates. As a trusted third party and guarantor of our clients' success, we work hard to offer exclusive additional services, tailored to each company's specific inclusion projects. A dedicated offer that allows us to build together in your best interests. The details of this inclusion project: professions, missions, sites...

To do this, each One meets and qualifies the professional project of each candidate, unlike insertion institutions or other traditional NGOs. The effect of this "candidate-company" matching is twofold satisfaction for all parties involved. if necessary, each One goes to great lengths to refuse urgent or ultra-specific recruitments, since they do not correspond to the expectations of companies and candidates, or to our philosophy.

Why should I work with each One rather than a traditional recruitment agency?

Inclusion can't be improvised; it requires preparation and specialization, while adapting to the complexity of the project: jobs in short supply, cohorts, sites... each One's expertise is built on a global, controlled approach, a team of professionals specialized in inclusive management, and experience in supporting companies in their inclusive recruitment plans, in large numbers, for several years. Opting for support from each One means benefiting from a dedicated service, choosing an optimal solution at no additional cost compared with traditional recruitment via specialized agencies, with full support for candidates and your teams (training of your teams and managers).

Recruter des personnes réfugiées est aussi simple que de recruter des nationaux. Le statut de réfugié permet les mêmes droits à l’emploi ainsi qu’aux aides (France Travail, formation). Les démarches administratives liées aux recrutements sont également les mêmes.

"The term refugee applies to any person who, owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country from which he or she has fled, and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself or herself of the protection of that country".
