No, training is not paid, but it is free.
The first part of the course is a 2-week bootcamp with 25 hours of classes per week, distributed as follows: every Monday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm on the HEC campus, and every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm on video or in Paris. The course is therefore difficult to combine with a professional daytime activity during these two weeks. The second part of the training consists of individual follow-up of participants and their participation in occasional workshops or networking events over a two-month period, thus enabling them to combine a professional activity with the course.
The inclusion of refugees and newcomers, including people with disabilities, is central to the activities of each One.
